TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION
Under this project we carried out the design and supply of equipment for sunflower oil plant. The installation is intended for feeding high-pressure power steam boiler. The water quality after installation is less than 0.08 μS/cm. The technology includes the preparation of source water on sand filters, two-stage reverse osmosis and electrodeionization. In the context of delivery there was developed a water treatment process and SCADA system control software.
As part of the work, we produced and launched automatic analytical online stands for measuring the quality of water in a steam boiler for feed and boiler room, overheated steam, condensate.
