TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

When preparing this project, we had an aim to minimize the consumption of initial river water and wastewater of the enterprise. For this reason, it was decided to use the treated effluent field of biological treatment facilities, and thus refuse the use of river water. For the selection of technological equipment beforehand pilot tests of the proposed solution had been carried out for 2 years to confirm the efficiency of the technology. As a result, special ultrafiltration membranes were selected to work effectively with the source water that contains COD up to 150.0 mg/l and BOD up to 75.0 mg/l. Treated water contains COD less than 30.0 mg/l, BOD less than 3.0 mg/l.
